Built in 1935 for the Wehrmacht as “Standort-Lazarett” (Static Military Hospital). Taken over by British forces as 39th (Oldenburg) British Military Hospital on 5 June 1946 closing 1 December 1946.

Returned to the Stadt as the “Städtischen Krankenanstalten”

Today it is now the “Klinikum Oldenburg”
