St. Boniface Church

I was Churchwarden of St Boniface, Antwerp, for a number of years and we do indeed have a magnificent West window that depicts some army badges.

Our church was built in the early 1900s but the West window was added after the First World War. It was donated by Galatney Hankey a British merchant shipping company that has long ceased trading.

At the moment the window is shored up as it is in urgent need of renovation. We are in fact currently eagerly seeking anyone who may be interested in helping us with the work. We are now a listed building and hope to receive a grant towards the work, but this still leaves us with a percentage to find. If you can put us in touch with any agencies who may be able to help us I’d be very grateful.
